Nature vs. nurture – it’s part of the conversation whether the topic is alcoholism, serial killers or entrepreneurs. For the latter, the cop-out answer – “it’s a little bit of both” – is quite probably the correct one. You can be off-the-charts smart and brimming with fresh ideas, but you’ll get nowhere if you can’t engage others and get them to share the Kool Aid. Rather than scouring the internet for a Young Entrepreneur’s Pre-School for your toddlers, it might be better to start simple. Try teaching your kids to look adults in the eye and shake their hand, and then see where it goes from there.
